To get your video on Blogger, you can upload it to a video host first, then embed it into a post. You can upload it to YouTube, Blip.tv or my favorite, Vimeo. Then after the video is uploaded and converted, on the sidebar of any of these hosts there's a box that says "embed this video". Grab that little piece of code, and copy it into a Blogger post.
